What is the most effective duration of aerobic exercise?

In aerobic training, to achieve a noticeable improvement in our aerobic strength,  we should train for at least 20 to 40 minutes. At this time we should not count on warm-up and recovery.

In addition, we should apply the following practices in our weekly training program.

  Aerobic training should be combined with weight training at least 2 times a week.

Finally, we must not forget that the above training will have no effect if you do not adopt healthy eating habits.

A healthy diet combined with aerobic training and strengthening exercises with weight lifts gives as a reward a beautiful and fit body!
