Workout duration tips

Success comes with the stamp of time. 
Duration also ensures our performance in gymnastics.  "Expose" yourself more to the road when you walk or run.  Sometimes speed is not as important as duration. 
A workout 35 - 45 minutes walking at a pace of 100 to 120 steps per minute can give much better results than you imagine.
