Body Attack is a whole body workout

I just completed a workout that hammered my body and my heart at the same time!

Some gyms provide some innovative exercise programs such as Body Attack by Les Mills.

But what is Body Attack and what kind of exercises does it include?

Body Attack is whole body workout that burns calories and  combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
